I/We hereby agree to acknowledge and abide by the rules set forth by the Club at all times.  I/We further understand that swimming in the pool is permitted only when lifeguards are on duty and that the lifeguards are responsible for enforcement of the pool rules for the safety of you and others.  I/We further acknowledge that anyone using the pool area does so at their own risk.  I/We agree that in consideration for the use of the pool, I/We shall make no claim against the Brook Park Swim Club, its Board Members, agents or contractors, for any bodily injury or property damage as a result of the use of the pool or areas around the pool.
